Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Field Sales Agronomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing agronomic expertise to our customers in the field. You will work closely with farmers, producers, and agricultural clients to offer tailored solutions that optimize crop production and improve overall farm profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of crop production, soil health, pest management, and fertilizer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local agricultural market and farming practices is a plus.
