- Develop and maintain relationships with local farm customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide agronomic recommendations tailored to their operations.
- Promote and sell seed, fertilizers, and crop protection products.
- Recommend agronomic practices to maximize yields and profitability.
- Stay up to date on the latest agronomic trends, products, and research.
- Work with growers to implement sustainable farming practices and precision agriculture.
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Develop sales strategies and promotional programs to increase market share.
- Organize and participate in grower meetings, field days, and educational workshops.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

- Previous experience in agricultural sales.
- Self-motivated to gain and demonstrate significant knowledge of products, services and technologies.
- Responsible driving history, valid driver's license.
- Great verbal skills. Easily able to communicate with growers and customers daily.
