We’re hiring a Seed Conditioning Operator to support daily seed processing operations at our Olivia, Minnesota facility. In this role, you’ll help ensure seed conditioning runs meet quality standards while maximizing efficiency and output. This is a hands-on position that works closely with plant leadership and plays an important role in maintaining product integrity and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Operate seed conditioning and bagging equipment according to established procedures
Perform and document quality checks throughout each conditioning run
Use computer systems to enter production data, track runs, and locate information
Clean and prepare equipment between runs to prevent cross-contamination
Assist with maintaining and following the facility’s Quality Management System
Safely lift, move, and stack materials weighing up to 68 lbs for extended periods
Lift and stack materials at or above shoulder height as required
Climb stairs and ladders to monitor, adjust, and inspect equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and plant operating procedures
