Are you a hands-on, safety-minded professional who enjoys working outdoors and operating heavy equipment? We are seeking an Agronomy Applicator & CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll help support day-to-day agronomy operations while delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your work will include applying crop protection products, driving commercial vehicles, assisting with equipment maintenance, and keeping our facilities running smoothly.
This is a physically active position with opportunities to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment during busy seasons.
Safely mix, load, and apply crop protection and plant nutrition products.
Operate and maintain applicators, loaders, forklifts, tender trucks, and other farm equipment.
Deliver and pick up products for customers and manage loading/unloading activities.
Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs; report major issues to management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Support the sales team by ensuring orders are accurate and customer needs are met.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
Represent the company professionally in interactions with customers, coworkers, and the public.
Work extended hours during peak seasons as needed.
High school diploma or GED required.
CDL license or the ability to obtain one.
Must meet DOT and company requirements for commercial drivers.
Applicator’s license preferred but not required (training available).
Previous experience in crop application preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
Must have close, distant, peripheral, and color vision, plus depth perception.
Safe handling and mixing of crop protection products.
Operation and maintenance of application and delivery equipment.
