Local CDL Truck Driver

Location: Fond du Lac, WI (30-40 mile territory radius)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Day Shift
Pay: $20 - $24/hr + overtime + benefits

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Local CDL Truck Driver to join our feed mill team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality feed products to our customers on schedule, support daily feed mill operations, and contribute to a team environment that values safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver feed and other products to local producers, following all DOT regulations.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly.

• Assist with feed production, mixing, and equipment operation as required.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and other necessary paperwork.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring product integrity and safety.

• Support facility operations with general labor, housekeeping, and equipment upkeep.

• Uphold a positive, professional attitude, representing the cooperative in the community.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience; Class A CDL required.

• Additional endorsements (tank, doubles, etc.) are a plus.

• Excellent driving record with proven reliability and attendance.

• Ability to operate manual shift trucks, including quad-axle or semi-trucks.

• Strong team player with a focus on safety and customer service.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Frequently climb in and out of trucks and onto truck ladders.

• Load/unload and sweep out trucks as needed.

• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
