CDL Truck Driver & Feed Mill Operations

Location: Pulaski, WI (30-40 mile territory radius)
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift: Day
Pay: $20 - $24/hour + overtime + benefits
Works out to $50,000 to $67,000 a year in total compensation depending on overtime hours

About the Role:
Are you a dependable CDL Truck Driver who enjoys variety on the job? We are seeking a dedicated CDL Truck Driver to deliver feed and related products to local producers while assisting with feed mill operations. This role blends safe, timely delivery with hands-on involvement in our feed production processes—perfect for team players who take pride in customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver feed and other products to our customers within the local service area.

• Follow all CDL regulations and maintain compliance with legal and company standards.

• Assist in feed mill operations, including mixing, batching, and general facility upkeep.

• Conduct daily truck inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.

• Load and unload trucks safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and documentation.

• Promote a positive, professional image of the company to customers and the community.

• Support equipment maintenance and minor repairs as needed.

• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle.

• Hold a valid Class A or B CDL (endorsements are a plus).

• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety.

• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing ladders, and handling manual truck operations.

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
